Our client is a small architectural firm located in Sausalito. They are looking for an Architectural AutoCAD drafter to work on a 40 unit Multi-family Residential project in the CD phase. They do not need a designer but rather a technical CD production person with detailing experience. This is a full-time contract position lasting at least 2 months with potential for additional work.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a strong understanding of AutoCAD, CD production experience, along with a motivated, collaborative, and open-minded attitude, and good communication skills. A degree in architecture or related field is required- preferably an accredited professional architecture degree: B.Arch. or MArch.
This position is hybrid with a required minimum of on-site work in Sausalito at least two days/week.
