High-end Residential Interior Designer

Our client is looking for a full-time on-site Mid-Level Interior Designer in San Francisco. You will be a vital asset to their design team, contributing your creative insights and technical expertise to various projects.

Reporting to the Senior Interior Designer, you will be involved in the design process from concept development to project implementation. Your eye for detail, strong design sensibility, and proficiency in design software will be essential in bringing our visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop interior design concepts that align with project goals and client preferences.

Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.

Assist in space planning, furniture selection, material sourcing, and color coordination to create harmonious and functional interiors.

Conduct on-site visits and participate in client meetings to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure project progress.

Research and stay updated on the latest design trends, products, and materials to inspire fresh and innovative ideas.

Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings that meet project specifications and budget constraints.

Assist in preparing presentation materials and participate in design presentations to clients.

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm by actively participating in team discussions and sharing creative insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant 3D visualization tools.

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present design ideas to clients and team members.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

A passion for design, creativity, and an eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.

Their office is located in the heart of San Francisco, surrounded by a vibrant design community and inspirational surroundings. This is a full-time direct-hire opportunity that pays $80- $110k/yr.
