Job Overview:

As a Senior Boutique Residential Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing all aspects of the interior design process for exclusive residential projects. Collaborating closely with our clients, architects, and project management team, you will be responsible for translating visions into reality by conceptualizing, planning, and implementing exceptional design solutions. Your expertise and creative finesse will be vital in elevating the overall quality and innovation of our designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to project completion, ensuring a seamless and unparalleled experience for our clients.
Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand their preferences, needs, and lifestyle to create truly bespoke design concepts.
Develop detailed design proposals, including mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and furniture layouts, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate design elements seamlessly into the construction process.
Oversee and mentor a team of junior designers, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 8 years as a Residential Interior Designer, with a portfolio of upscale residential projects showcasing your expertise.
In-depth knowledge of space planning, furniture design, lighting, textiles, and color theory.
Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other 3D visualization tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
A network of industry connections, including vendors, suppliers, and artisans, is a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., NCIDQ) are desirable but not mandatory.

This is a full-time direct-hire opportunity that pays $100- $150k/yr.
