Qualifications

  • Experience with any combination of the following: commercial, mixed-use, retail, multi-family residential
  • History of managing multiple projects or teams
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office & Outlook, as well as familiarity with Newforma/Bluebeam/Ajera/Deltek
  • Skills in construction document detailing and coordination of consultant documents
  • General knowledge of structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge in current building+zoning codes, including ADA requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills

responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts that respond to firm and client objectives, in collaboration with the Principal, Director of Operations, Director of Design, and Senior Designers
  • Consistently meet goals and deadlines according to expectations of the firm and clients
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and develop future business oppportunities
  • Set project objectives, program, scope, schedule, budget, and management plan in collaboration with Principal and Director of Operations
  • Build, manage, and lead project teams
  • Develop construction documents and project manuals
  • Oversee the selection of building materials and project products
  • Conduct on-going continued QA/QC of project documents
  • Oversee Construction Administration
